Marketing Coordinator

My role at Suntide Commercial Realty was both as a Marketing Coordinator and as a Graphic Designer.

1. For the company as a whole, I provided brand management, vendor management, copywriting, and digital marketing campaigns to promote their property management and maintenance services. I wrote and designed brochures, edited the company website, managed social media campaigns, and attended trade shows and golf tournaments as a company ambassador.

2. I also worked with the brokerage team to develop marketing campaigns for commercial properties that were for sale or lease. I designed flyers, updated commercial listings, edited floor plans, created graphics, and built email marketing campaigns that were distributed to over 1,200 active brokers across the state of Minnesota.
